Planned Preventative Maintenance plays a large part within our organisation. Prevention is always better than cure. Identifying problems before they reach a stage where a costly repair is required is our main priority.

This allows us to keep track of specific contractual requirements including which dates a lift is due to be maintained, whether there are any site specific instructions that need to be adhered to and contract renewal dates to name but a few. This comprehensive piece of software allows us to remain ahead of the game and ensure our customers receive the highest possible level of service.
We can also build a complete elevator history report which recognises and stores each visit to site for what ever reason be it a breakdown, service, repair or statutory examination. This can be made available at a moments notice giving us the flexibility and means to answer almost any question relating to your elevator.
