From the moment a lift breakdown is reported to us we are ready to spring into action! All relevant details are entered into our database and given a priority in accordance with customer feedback. In the event of a passenger entrapment the nearest engineer is instructed to attend as quickly as possible. For obvious reasons this is always given the highest priority over any other breakdown.

All service / breakdown engineers utilise a satellite navigation system to calculate the most efficient and fast response to breakdowns.

Our engineers are issued with company identity cards ensuring our clients have peace of mind allowing them into their premises. Wearing a full uniform and being presentable at all times is a priority for our engineers portraying a professional image as ambassadors of our company.
